We are all equal dignity.

We are an inclusive partnership of allies who culturally add not fit in.

Equal Dignity is a new organisation with purpose that has equality, equity, diversity and inclusion built in from the start rather than a problem to be fixed. Our message is ‘be yourself’ rather than ‘be like us’ as we know this will make our organisation stronger and more successful.

We are a diverse partnership who have strong ideas of how to facilitate funds for effective solutions to driving equality, equity, diversity and inclusion in society. This could include poverty, education, crime, health and inclusion of marginalised groups more widely.

Belief in us all to drive equality and inclusion.

This is our guiding light for the way in which we will conduct ourselves and interact with others. 

Every one of us can identify an inequality and put forward a solution without fear of getting it wrong.  Every one of us can make a difference through education and allyship.  Every one of us can create a more equitable world.

Vision and aims.

Help everyone (allies - individuals, communities and organisations) realise their power to drive equality, equity, diversity and inclusion. 

Create a space with no barriers to participation - every engagement in the pursuit of a more equitable and inclusive world will make a difference.

Raise income to support sixteen ally lead solutions in the first eighteen months or sooner. 

Find scalable, ally or community lead, solutions to share with other allies. 

Non limiting. We will never limit anyone who shares our space and in turn we won’t limit ourselves. All ideas and solutions are valid.

Allyship. We are a friend, ally, supporter of anyone who is marginalised. We will work hard to find a solution from our allies and communities.

Create space. We will move out the way and create space for others. If we are privileged to climb into other spaces, we will lift allies with us.

Disruptive. We understand that to disrupt ingrained behaviour takes a lot. We’ll repeat ourselves, question, and disrupt in the pursuit of a more equal, equitable, diverse and inclusive world. We’ll create a new space for new thinking and ideas. 

Brave. Encourage bravery to do the right thing, call out marginalisation, even our own (no one is perfect). We won’t be afraid to change if needed.
